Some Friendly Advice

You are allowed to hurt, to cry, to feel sad, to feel pain, to think negative, to feel down about anything. Those are your feelings and no one should tell you how to feel. Remember to deal with those feelings, but not let it consume you. Don’t let the false positivity that people put on you make you feel like your current feelings don’t matter. If you want to cry, then cry. If your angry, then be angry. Just don’t let it consume you until your entire life is effected by a trail of negative emotions that you don’t gain any positivity. It may take others longer to deal with there problems, but that doesn’t mean they want to be stuck in that kind of headspace. It’s just taking them a little longer than others.
